Customizing your page
Your Keep Me Going page is your digital home for receiving support. Customizing it helps build trust, strengthen your identity, and increase the chances that people will tip you.
Let’s walk through how to make your page feel like yours.
🖼️ Step 1: Add a Bio and Profile Picture
Under the Account section of your dashboard:
- Upload a Profile Picture – A clear photo of yourself or your brand/logo. This makes your page feel real and trustworthy.
- Write Your Bio – This is your introduction. It appears at the top of your page and tells supporters who you are and what you do.
✍️ This bio acts as your welcome message on your public page.
Example:
"Hi! I'm Kevin, a spoken word artist from Uganda. Your support helps me keep performing and sharing my voice."
🌐 Step 2: Choose a Unique Username
Your username defines your public page link:
https://keepmegoing.co/yourusername
Set this under the Page tab in your dashboard.
✅ Tips for choosing a good username:
- Make it unique and easy to remember
- Use the name people already know you by
- Avoid impersonating public figures or using misleading names
🚫 Usernames must not impersonate others, use slurs, or contain misleading or spam-like terms. Offending accounts may be restricted or removed.
📥 Step 3: Download Your QR Code
Still under the Page tab, you can download your custom QR code.
Your QR code links directly to your support page and is perfect for:
- Flyers, menus, packaging, business cards
- Events or concerts
- Product tags or tip jars
Your QR code is auto-generated and branded — ready to print or share online.
