Keep Me Going is built to make it incredibly easy for anyone to support your hustle. Whether you're a creator, service provider, artist, or small business owner — your supporters can send tips to help you keep going.
Here's how support works from start to finish.
🙋♂️ Step 1: Someone Visits Your Page
Every user on Keep Me Going gets a unique support link:

When someone clicks that link or scans your QR code, they’re taken to your public profile page. Here, they’ll see:
- Your name and photo
- Your bio (a short story or message)
- A secure tip form
💳 Step 2: They Choose an Amount
Supporters are shown simple, mobile-friendly buttons to select an amount to tip you — like UGX 2,000, UGX 5,000, UGX 10,000, or Custom.
They can optionally:
- Add their name (or stay anonymous)
- Leave a short message of encouragement
The form is optimized for speed and simplicity — no need to sign up or log in.
📱 Step 3: They Pay via Mobile Money
We accept the most common and accessible payment methods in Uganda:
- MTN Mobile Money
- Airtel Money
Once the supporter selects their preferred method and enters their number:
- They’ll receive a prompt on their phone
- They confirm with their mobile money PIN
- That’s it — the tip is instantly sent

✅ Step 4: You Receive the Tip
You’ll immediately see the support reflected in your dashboard. Each tip includes:
- The amount
- Sender name (if shared)
- Message (if added)
- Timestamp
You’ll also get a notification and your daily or weekly totals are updated.
💸 Step 5: You Withdraw to Your Phone
When you're ready, just go to the Payouts section in your dashboard and withdraw the funds to your verified phone number (MTN or Airtel).
Most withdrawals are instant or within a few minutes.
🕒 Note: Payouts are processed on a weekly basis. You can still see your earnings in real time, but funds will be sent out during the weekly payout schedule.

Yes. We use a combination of:
- OTP verification
- Mobile money APIs
- Dashboard tracking
To keep everything secure for both supporters and creators. Your number is never shown publicly.
