How Payouts Work on Keep Me Going

Once you start receiving tips or earnings on keepmegoing.co, you can withdraw them anytime — as long as you meet the minimum balance. This guide explains the payout process and what to expect when requesting a withdrawal.

Accessing the Payout Page​

  1. Log in to your keepmegoing.co account.
  2. From your creator dashboard, click Payouts in the left sidebar.
  3. Under the Payout tab, you’ll see your available balance.

Requesting a Payout​

To request a payout:

  1. Enter an amount that is equal to or less than your available balance.
  2. Click Request Payout.
  3. Your request is submitted for review by our system.

You’ll receive a confirmation once the request has been received.

What Happens Next​

After you request a payout:

  • Our system automatically reviews the request to ensure your account is in good standing.
  • We then process the payment using our payment service providers (PSPs) like Flutterwave or others.
  • Your funds are sent to the connected payout method (e.g., mobile money, bank account, card).

In most cases, payouts are completed within 1–3 business days, depending on the provider and the method used.

Need to Set Up a Payout Method?​

Make sure you’ve already linked a valid payout method before requesting. You can do this in the Payouts > Settings section of your dashboard.

Important Notes​

  • Double-check that your payout details (phone number, bank account, or card) are accurate.
  • You can only request payouts that are within your available balance.
  • We may delay or block payouts if your account is under review or your payout method is invalid.
