Verifying Your Identity (KYC)
Before you can receive payouts on keepmegoing.co, you’ll need to complete identity verification — also known as KYC (Know Your Customer).
This helps protect your account, reduce fraud, and comply with local and international payment regulations.
📍 How to Start the KYC Process
- Log in to your keepmegoing.co account.
- Go to the Payouts section from the sidebar.
- Click on the Settings tab.
- Open the KYC tab.
- Click Start Verification and follow the instructions provided by our KYC partner.
🧾 What You'll Need
Have the following documents ready before starting:
- A valid government-issued ID (e.g. national ID, passport, or driver’s license)
- A clear photo or selfie to confirm your identity
- A stable internet connection for smooth processing
⚠️ Make sure the details you submit match the name on your payout method.
⏱ How Long Does It Take?
In most cases, verification is completed within a few minutes. If manual review is needed, it may take up to 24–48 hours.
You’ll receive an email once your KYC status is approved or if further info is needed.
