Why Your Payout Might Be Delayed

While most payouts on keepmegoing.co are processed quickly, they can sometimes take up to 3 business days to reflect in your Mobile Money or Bank account.

Here are the most common reasons for a delay β€” and what you can do about it.


Standard Processing Time​

  • Mobile Money payouts are processed daily on weekdays and usually reflect within hours.
  • Bank transfers are processed weekly (on Wednesdays) and may take 1–3 business days to arrive, depending on the bank.

If your payout is within this window, there’s usually no issue β€” it’s just standard processing.


⚠️ Common Reasons for Delay​

1. πŸ›  Payment Provider Downtime​

Sometimes, our payout partners like Flutterwave may experience service interruptions or slower processing times due to maintenance or high transaction volume.

If this happens, we’ll typically resume payouts as soon as the provider is back online.


2. πŸ”’ Pending Account Verification​

If your account is under review for identity verification or other compliance checks, payouts may be paused temporarily.

Make sure your payout method is fully verified and your account details are accurate.


3. Incorrect Payout Details​

Typos in your Mobile Money number or Bank account can result in failed or delayed transfers.

Always double-check the info you submitted in the Payout Settings section.


4. 🏦 Banking Hours or Holidays​

Bank transfers can be delayed if requested near weekends or public holidays. Processing will resume on the next business day.
