Payout Schedule and Processing Times

Understanding when you’ll receive your payouts helps you plan better. At keepmegoing.co, we aim to process payouts quickly and reliably, based on your selected payout method.

📱 Mobile Money Payouts (MTN & Airtel)​

  • ✅ Processed daily (Monday to Friday)
  • Cut-off time is typically 5 PM EAT
  • Requests made after the cut-off are processed the next weekday

⚠️ Weekends and public holidays are excluded.

Once approved, payouts reflect on your MTN or Airtel Money account within minutes to a few hours, depending on network conditions.

🏦 Bank Transfers​

  • ✅ Processed once a week on Wednesdays
  • Ensure your request is made before Tuesday 5 PM EAT to be included in that week’s batch

Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days after processing to reflect, depending on your bank’s clearing time.

⏳ What Can Delay a Payout?​

  • Incomplete or unverified payout setup
  • Technical issues with payment processors
  • Public holidays or banking system delays
  • Incorrect account details
